It's the first episode of the new series and hosts Ulrika Jonsson and John Fashanu introduce the female and male contenders. The girls then face Lightning and Scorpio at new event Skytrak, while the boys take on new gladiator Trojan and Saracen. The girls then get ready to face Jet and another new gladiator, olympic champion Nightshade.

Used to love watching this as a kid. I would have been 10 when this was on. I never cottoned on at the time how gorgeous Ulrika was. Jet was my fave though, even back then.
