I'm with you on this. Boys barely even look at me, and half the girls in my year have had several boyfriends. (Which is surprising, bc none of the boys in my school are physically or mentally attractive to me - probably because of the fact they behave like mindless idiots half the time. And no, I'm definitely not gay, I can tell you that.)
Georgia quinn is still the vest developed, even tho her arc ended a while ago. She’s the most complex character in glee. You can’t predict what she might do next, because she isn’t one dimensional. She isn’t an evil bitch, nor is she a saint. She’s written as an actual person with motivations and weaknesses.
Very true, she's the only one (along with Puck) that was a bit unpredictable. I do wish we knew where they ended up, even if it was just a 10 second scene. Clearly she's not friends with the rest because she wasn't standing watching Rachel get her tony even though roderick and kitty were there.

something i noticed about brittany is that when she's comforting someone, she strokes their hair :,) i don't know if that's part of brittany's character, or it's just a natural thing heather does, but it's so cute
Quinn had to learn how to love herself first and be true to herself before she could love another. Quinn had major daddy issues which why she hooked up with so many guys, hints in S4 when Santana says, " Twitter update!..Quinn is all excited about another guy defining her life." Quinn was a outcast in her own right,
+Gabby Castilla it's proven fact...plus taking classes in college. Some women will attach themselves to men in general to form a relationship. Either be sexual or none to fill the void left by there fathers not being around emotionally or physically.
***** its different with everyone, mine wasn't around either. It was for the best, its all about how you handle it. Its all mental, loving yourself first is key! once you master that the will be a lot easier. I learned being alone is okay and loving myself is more important, once I learned that I knew the type of people I needed in my life.
And she got the least support out of all the glee kids when, let's face it, she was basically the only one (kurt too) with a halfway diagnosable mental disorder. Unplanned pregnancy and disowned by her parents? Only mercedes was there for her in the long term, and that was because quinn helped her first. Having to give her baby up? She's expected to have everything go back to normal and expecting her to think that coming back to Glee club would fix her. The adopted mother and baby come to the same school she's at? Rachel gets the more angsty and emotional scenes and support. In the end only Puck was kind of there for her. Broken back? We only see Teen Jesus/Joe be there for her therapy for one episode and not a single one of the other glee kids. Quinn deserved so much more!
I know this comment was three years ago but i agree. I've been struggling for two months wanting a girlfriend because i hate being alone. I haven't dated since i was a senior in High School and now im in college.
One of my favorite scenes from the whole series. I also love how this scene was basically an excuse for Dianna to get a haircut and for it to make sense in context. lol
I just wanna appreciate Brittany's maturity on that scene when Quinn said "Aren't we supposed to be the popular girls?" They both girls scoffed at her. Even Britt, cause she's knows and understands that, that was just a thing that they grew out of and she knows that being popular doesn't really actually matter. She understands that they are more than that now. I seriously love Britt every time there's a scene she has to play a sa mature person, and not just some blondie that lacks common sense. Although have that characteristic also makes her cute and innocent although she's very far from that already XD
this scene is funny 'cause she is the most beautiful girl on her school and even that fact doesn't change she doesn't find real love. that proves love is not just the physical.
We can say that this break down became a depression in the first part of S3. From this moment ,Quinn went down completely and i understand. She lost everything since the begenning of the show , her virginity , her popularity , her respect for herself and her values and also the man that she wanted , so after all of that , she just explode and want to desperately find something or someone to hold on to find hope again . Then First she tried to escape from her life ,be someone else(3x01-3x02) & after she come back to just being her but still feel the emptiness of her life , so she try to get her daughter back. But fortunately at the end , she got better & remembered how strong she's & that she can be anything on her own.

i love how it shows that even people considered as the “most beautiful” has insecurities and feels lonely. like in “i feel pretty/unpretty” and at this moment
When she says she wants someone to love her I feel that she means something much deeper than just a guy...she means her parents! They both turned their backs on her when she got pregnant and then her mum tries to come back?! That's going to mess her up slightly and then there's the constant on/off relationships with puck, Finn and God knows who else which is going to re-cement the idea that she isn't good enough! All she is looking for is someone's approval and she has it confused with love xxx
I actually hated the way the writers treated this scene. I mean it had so much potential to prove that they were actually friends and not just the three hot girls who hang out just because they’re popular or because their coach tell them to do so. Santana and Brittany could have comforted her with sweet and genuine words or they could have sung to make her feel better (I think chiquitita by abba/mamma mia would have been great for this scene)
Glee really had too much potential. This kind of scenes doesn't try to sell you the girls as if they are heroines, it just tells you that they are suffering and is something that have been building through all the series, which makes it even more touching. It really left me teary when I saw it for the first time.
I'm just going to point out something Santana: I think I know how to make you feel better. Quinn: I'm flattered Santana, but I'm really not **that** into that. May I also point out that how would she know she's not THAT into that unless she tried it before? **cough cough** FABERRY **cough cough**
This scene is everything for faberrittana (friendship or romance whichever swing your boat). The unholy trinity friendship, innuendos that shows path to more Brittana and Quinntana, talking about their dreams not coming true which they will in the end and Faberry friendship when Quinn said she just wants somebody to love her and on each "Somebody to love" 2011 live performance they hold hands ^^ perfect.
I liked how this scene illustrates how alone Quinn is. She doesn’t know it yet but when she’s talking about the pretty girls not having it all, she’s soley talking about herself. because Britt and Santana have each other.
I used to hate Quinn until watching this episode, and whenever I kept watching this scene, I realized that maybe I'm kind of like Quinn, I've got a certain crush on a guy who used to go to my school when I was a freshmen and he was a Senior, and yet he has a crush on my best friend(Actually his age), and sometimes I feel jealous of her, but I'm not mean to her like Quinn was to Rachel, instead I just push her away and tell her that she treats me like a kid a lot, I just always felt like she did because 1. She's 3 years older than me, of course, and 2. She is actually a kid at heart, and yes when I had a talk with my mom about my friendship with her, I did have a breakdown like Quinn and I told her that it's because I want someone to love me, and she told me the exact same thing Santana told Quinn, we should like ourselves first before we want a guy to love us.
I love it Santana in this scene being honesty, there's a lot of times Satana yelled some rude argument or said some joke that really get me pissed off, but this time i was like C'MON CHICA THAT WASN'T HIGH ENOUGH HIGHEST WOMAN JUST PROUD ME SANTANA LOPEZ
i feel like quinn was one of the only people that struggled a lot but had no one be there for her.....like everyone thinks she's okay bc she's popular and she takes out her anger on people but she hurts a lot, she just doesn't show it or shows it in ways people might not expect.
The whole thing Quinn says I agree with I look around and see everyone else around me being loved and I’m just alone and like Quinn I just what someone to love me.
I think Brittany should have snapped and had the dialogue in this scene and not Santana, there was no Brittany and Quinn relationship and it really annoyed me

But later in season 3 when Santana, brittany and mercedes left the new directions for the troubletones, Quinn and Tina were the only girls who stayed in the group (rachel got suspended) and performed at sectionals. She was one of the most loyal member
Well, technically it would've been really unlikely for her to join Shelby's choral as she absolutely hated her and wanted to crash her to take back Beth. However, yes, undoubtly, she proved she genuinely loved the Glee Club.
You know what pisses me off? Quinn is the only character who has had real consequences in this series and she is contentiously villainized. Finn is an idiot and puck RAPED her (yes, if you make someone get drunk to have sex with you is rape) and even then she is the one who was kicked out of her house, slut shamed, dealt with depression, eating disorders, bullying and even stopped in a wheelchair and no one seemed to care. Yes, she did bad things but she doesn't deserve half of everything that happened to her. Quinn Fabray deserved better.
Dianna is an amazing actress, ryan clearly didn’t like her and threw some of the most insane storylines and fluctuating personalities at her, and she still pulled them off making Quinn believable and likeable
I love their friendship on cam and off cam. Miss them so much and I know, I will never see them again in one place and it makes me cry, no I'm crying Right now 😭💔
Everyone says how Racel is selfish (not that she isn't), but DAMN, Quinn is so much worse. "I deserve to be head cheerleader", "I deserve Finn", "I deserve to be prom queen", "Everyone must wish to be me", "Everyone have to love me". She had such good moments helping Mercedes with self respect, babysitting Sam's little siblings - and then the writers threw that away when she told Lauren that she coudn't run from prom queeN, rubbing in her face that people would never choose someone who looks like her (even if she told Lauren she respected her later, which I don't buy it). Every time I thought she would grow as a character she took like ten steps back.
The scene of them sitting on the bed reminds me of the Mean Girls scene where Regina is crying about losing Aaron and Karen says they should go to Taco Bell....lmao now that I think of it the scenes are very similar... Regina and Quinn upset about losing their guy (to the main female character) and both have their friends comforting her on a bedside and recommending ways to feel better.🤯🤯🤯
That look on Naya’s face after Dianna saying she’s flattered but not into that still to this day makes me laugh. I mean if you think about it that other thing could help someone feel better but does Quinn really think Santana would do that when Britt is in the room with them
All we are looking for love from someone else. We need to love ourselves first. I know it's hard. But if you don't treat yourself others would like to treat you, you wouldn't get what you want on the long run.❤️❤️
The thing is, is that Sam WAS actually a pretty good boyfriend to Quinn in S2 before she ruined it by cheating on him with Finn after he and Rachel broke up. She HAD love, but she ruined it because she couldn’t let go of Finn…I don’t get why she was so in love with him either. Yeah, he was better than Puck to a degree because he usually at least TRIED to be nice, and he wasn’t ALWAYS a creepy, misogynistic, and rude douchebag like Puck was 90% of the time. However, Finn still kind of sucked as a boyfriend/love interest to both Rachel and Quinn, too. He cheated on Quinn with Rachel behind her back when she was pregnant in S1. He told Rachel she looked like “a sad clown hooker” in S1 when she got a makeover. Granted, the makeover really didn’t look natural on Rachel, and she shouldn’t have felt the need to change herself for him. However, Finn could have been gentler about letting her in on the truth. He laughed at Santana’s insults about Rachel when they were dating, rather than defending his girlfriend. He always threw jealous temper tantrums in public whenever Rachel tried to move on with another guy after they were broken up with each other. He encouraged Quinn to cheat on Sam with him. He gets really pissed off whenever HE’s cheated on by one of his girlfriends, but he has no problem with cheating on Quinn with Rachel when they’re dating. It could be interpreted as a selfless gesture to send Rachel off to her dream school in New York, but then he ignores her for four months, and has the nerve to actually feel betrayed when she tries to move on with another guy. He tipped over Quinn out of her wheelchair at prom because he was pissed that she made him come when he wanted to emotionally support Rachel when she was throwing a pity party anti-prom for herself after choking at her audition in S3. I think Quinn could have been happy in S2, if she had just stayed loyal to Sam when they started dating and moved on from Finn. Yeah, Sam got some character assassination in the later seasons of GLEE, too, because the writers suck. However, in S2 when he was first introduced, he was a better boyfriend and a better person than either Finn or Puck at that point. I will never understand why the writers decided to commit character derailment of Rachel, Quinn, and Finn to redo the love triangle between them in S1 in S2 all over again. You could also view it as Quinn having postpartum depression in mid-late S2-early S3, but the writers didn’t really develop and explore that angle consistently and deeply enough to make it believable in her character, so it kind of comes across as her self-sabotaging the good thing she had with Sam at the beginning of S2 and becoming a bitch again for no good reason.
"I'm flattered Santana but I'm really not that into that" for some reason I found that really funny But I can also heavily relate to Quinn since I'm 18 and I've never had any romantic relationship and all of the serious crushes that I've had never work out so I'm feeling a bit sad
+Emily Misty It was sort of the unspoken elephant in the room. Everyone new Santana was gay just as much Kurt was gay. Kurt just made his arc more obvious.
+Blast22 yeah, it was probably the tearing down other people because she was too scared to come out that gave it away. (Which, even though it might be generalising a tad, usually seems to be the way most of the homosexuals on Glee seem to do - aside from kurt - to hide their sexuality) Still, I love Santana's sass.
The interpretation that i always had of this scene was that Quinn was implying that they are unhappy because she can't have Finn and they can't have each other, but as read the comments i realized it makes more sense that she was thinking they don't have anyone and are there for unhappy as well but as she talks she realizes that they are actually together, i see that because of their guilty faces and how Quinn thinks she's offering something sexual cuz she's with the subject of them being together in her mind. Anyways i think both reads are possible
