this was the exact evolution of my music taste in the 2000s LOL, I went from being obsessed with Evanescence in my early teens to getting into indie music and obsessed with Glen and Mar in my late teens. The styles of music might be different but it's gotta be something about the level of emotion maybe.
2:48 is it just me or is Markéta playing an octave higher than what Glen is singing in? Those keys really stand out above every everything else. An octave lower would've blended more smoothly, no? I could be wrong. It still sounds great.
