Thanks, D&M. Excellent work, seems like a solid bottle. In btw great whiskys, we need you guys to review a few duds here and there. The previous review you made, I watched it twice. Great work as always ✌️
Nice descriptors you guys were using. I could almost taste it along with you. I know you got this gifted, but would be nice to have the price range for something like this. Thanks guys. 👍🏻 Cheers All!
This was Rachel Barry, we had to check the bottle but we mentioned that in the review. Earlier Mike mentioned he loved a 13 year old from a few years back which Billy did.
Nice review guys! This cask was ok but not exceptional. It is still available on NIckolls and Perks for £291.67 plus shipping which is a pretty good deal for a GD 26yr single cask. Cask 652 is my favorite cask so far. Now you need to keep your eye out for one of those Edradour 12yr Ibisco decanters. They are very good and the distillery character funk doesn't get lost in those insane Euro oak oloroso casks. Cheers fellas!
Big fan of Glendronach products before they decided to be non-chilled filtered. I have a unopened 1995 19 yr PX for a few years now. So it sounds like I will be enjoying that when the time comes. Great review.
Was fortunate to get a sample of this from Keith. Also the 1994 19yr that you also got the end of the bottle for your review #181. Remember he favored the 19yr. They were both fantastic. Seems like when It gets that old the PX is not as sweet and more balanced than a younger PX matured Whisky. Cheers guy's
