I saw Glenn at the Paradise on 10/3/82. Ticket price $8.50. Thanks for the memory. ♥ & miss that voice.

He’s unfairly maligned, he didn’t act like a spoiled rock star and was willing to start from scratch as a solo artist. He’d taken a back seat and renounced his co lead vocalist role in the Eagles in favor to make Henley the de facto lead vocalist in the Eagles last album because he thought it was what was best for the band, fact which I personally hated. Henley’s voice is a bit grating and overrated, I much prefer Frey’s smooth soothing angelic singing voice.
