Nice to see the `Goat path` will be upgraded. Many lives could have been saved if this badly needed upgrade wasn`t delayed by 30 or 40 years. I will still go through the states to get to Van in the winter. While it may be quicker on clear days, when its snowing I would prefer to take 5 or 6 hrs longer and arrive safely than take a chance on being delayed 5 hrs or god forbid ,ending up in the ditch.
