@@archusrtm6325 then you must have never once watched any cartoons/anime/reality TV shows revolving about school life. it's an extremely common trope around those shows, especially whenever the protagonist makes a mistake, that a clique comes by and ridicules others, giggling at their failures or while gossiping...
@@kaneburms8664 >falls through the ceiling in the fourth level right in front of some poor guy getting chased down >bhops around a monster for 5 minutes straight, leading it in circles >accelerated backhops back out, his only words being "FUCK YOUUUUUU", but not directed at the monster, no, rather the poor soul he just lured the monster towards that is now trapped.
@@TheyTookStrawb Imagine you've been trapped in the backrooms for days, barely still alive, when suddenly a guy jumps around the corner at high speeds going towards a plank of wood on the ground. And all you hear as he speeds past you is "So your gonna want to grab this pallet here and use it to fly" as he begins to ascend. Flying away from you and the sudden 5 different monsters that have turned the corner.
Imagine you're in a briefing about the Backrooms and you're given some scary disclaimer about how "this is all very real found footage of explorers who risked their lives in the Backrooms" but then it immediately just cuts to DeSinc and Coremaster giggling like children as they break everything
10:00 breaking the AI's pathfinding by crossing them into each other is absolutely amazing. Its like actual scientists are in the backrooms but instead of real studying they are using their expertise to dick around with the stuff they find. Scientist 1: "Ok so we know they chase us relentlessly if we anger them right? To the point where they don't pay attention to anything else. What if we each anger one and we run past eachother to make them run into eachother?" Scientist 2: (already on his way to anger an entity) "bet"
@@theshmethan3792 No. you're in an infinite set of rooms. maybe you fall back out again, maybe you don't. there is SOMETHING in there with you. the end.
@@Resopheed "There's a room with the party goers!! and they habve BLOOD n stuff and they're noT PARTY GOERS They MOWSTER!! They kiww you!! also big black baby thing kills you also you in a office!!"
Audio guy for the game here! Can confirm, this is exactly what the game was made for. *PS:* I love how you incorporated The End's ambience in the outro! That's actually a recording of my fridge, lol.
RU-vid been recommending for a long while. Expecting a boring no commentary video, I never expected to find such a charismatic duo. Those are some contagious giggly personalities. What a great friendship
I mean, maybe monsters that are more human-like instead of just straight up monsters would be better and scarier because how would you discern from a real human and a human like inside the backrooms? Kind of like doppelgangers It would fit right inside the backrooms since liminality and uncanny valley are similiar in nature (I believe) or simply no monster or entity or whatever, just an abandoned place ouside of time that eerily resembles an abandoned human living space, packed with old human stuff
@@fresanegra77 The problem *is* the monsters. The original Backrooms was scary because you were alone in this infinite expanse of office architecture. The idea you could just fall into a "backroom" of the universe was disturbing. Now you have the "Totally Not The SCP Foundation Foundation" exploring the place and getting attacked by weird entities. The beauty was in the simplicity of it. It didn't need anything, and yet it was added by people whose writing wasn't good enough to be accepted as an SCP entry.
@@HTacianas I understand and I respect that, that's kinda why I said it could simply work better to to either get rid of them and leave lt as some abandoned eery human living space where you are alone. The only creature I would think of is... other humans who would rarely fall to the same place one is if different levels or zones of the backrooms exist
Creepypasta is “dead”, so people moved to SCP. SCP is “dead”, so people moved to the Backrooms. When the Backrooms “community lore” eventually becomes to saturated too bear, people will move to something else. People with an obsessive need to implement lore and monsters into everything they touch will always have a new “forum” to crowd into. There will always be something to fill the void of creativity.
Lmao I can't believe he glitches into the backroom only for him to show us a tutorial on how to glitch out of the backroom like a true glitcher. Glitching 10/10
you guys play games like two kids who are staying up late on the family computer in the living room you two are always so quiet and it makes it 1000 times funnier
"Level infinity has infinite stairs" "..." "I dont like infinite stairs" *Breaks the fabric of backrooms reality and goes to the most top (exit from the backrooms)*
game devs honestly don't even need open betas or testing for bugs and glitches. Just give the game to these two and everything that can go wrong will be found in thirty minutes lmao
desinc doesn't upload that much but the content he uploads is very high quality with high quality an example of good editing and high quality is this video: you can't watch it without laughing
dude i know such a classic show/movies also there is a youtube channel called "Mystery Incorporated" it's like a fan made scooby doo youtube series that they are making it's a bit wonky cause it's like a 2022 take on live action scooby doo but honestly its still a good watch only ep 1 is out atm they need more funding to keep going but defs worth a look at.
