The news team has to adhere to organizational protocol, which the average guy listening doesn't - "apparent", "possible", and "allegedly" belong when confirmation of verification hasn't been received yet, these are for legal purposes. If a news person uses the wrong words, they can cost the news org a whole lot of money should they be taken to court for doing just that - get sued. That is why reporters go to journalism school - to learn the correct words to use if they want to get hired and collect a paycheck. Allegedly, just my opinion.

You must not know what apparent means. It means there is no official confirmation although it is apparent that that is exactly what happened. Apparent means that it's a given; in this scenario, obvious.

You might not understand what English words mean so let me be a good Samaritan and help you out. "ap·par·ent" /əˈperənt/ adjective - clearly visible or understood; obvious. Apparent, in this headline, means the secret service didn't confirm it yet but Global News is saying they think it seems pretty obvious to them (and to everyone else) that it was an assassination attempt. So what part of "it was pretty obviously an assassination attempt" do YOU think is propaganda? You think it's all made up and never happened?

I can hardly wait for the racket from the media to tackle this one. Under what possible scenario does a lone gun man walk up in the middle of a rally and start blasting away and not be demented? No chance to get away. Huge chance people will see you and try to stop.

Really, he was taken to hospital, apparently, if anything given a band-aid and released. You have to remember that Trump was a Hollywood actor and these guys get to do all kinds of weird stuff. During one of his televised rallies a few years ago, they staged an actor to be a heckler and then had him publicly and physically kicked out of the rally, royally kicked his butt. Trumps numbers have been down, mainly because he is a convicted felon, and he needed to reverse that image with an alleged assassination attempt so that he now is a martyr. Sure that will work, why not? Things are not always how they seem, and so many yo-yo's on here blaming the media. I have NO CONNECTION personally to the media, but I value that they bring me news daily from the rest of the world so that I am not sitting here totally in the dark about it. Google Earth shows feed/grain storage sheds approx 200 yards from the rally. Where was the site prep and security? That site woud have been a place for security surveillance to be stationed.

Why does this news station continue to report using the Hamas Health Ministry as fact? I think they should calrify that this ministry has given inaccurate information in the past and cannot be relied upon!
