I love how smooth Phil's response was when Glenn asked if Gloria was his wife. 'It would appear so.' Not technically a lie, but still makes Glenn think that's how things are. Perfect answer.
He only realized how lucky he was when someone else had to tell him. Then again he has been married for a while, it's nice to be reminded from the outside he's fortunate.

I always found Phil and Gloria's relationship weird. They hung out way too much. Claire was always jealous of Gloria's looks and Phil had a thing for Gloria. How come Claire didn't mind them spending so much time together? Hilarious show but never really liked their parts together.

I don’t watch the show, I came from a short. Where I thought the guys were exes and the guy in baby blue shirt wanted to make his ex jealous. Turns out they were "College rivals". I guessed right then huh?
I know there are people mad a Phil for flirting with another woman (Gloria), but let's not forget the time Phil went to the hospital and Claire was busy flirting with the Firefighters, or her yoga class, where her yoga instructor was close enough to make Phil have another baby to play with. Let us not have double standards.
I can't blame her liking the attention when her own husband was clearly attracted to her stepmother. I don't think she'd go so far as pretending any of those men were her husband.

I actually like Gloria's accent since my mom, who's from Mexico, talks just exactly like her when she speaks English. It sounds normal to me but I can get why it's irritating to others.
If phil was my husband and I found out that he claimed that another woman is his wife and continued flirting with her, I would send divorce papers on the second day with high possibility of committing a crime.
