Song on repeat to saturate my atmosphere while I adjust to living without my husband. He passed away unexpectedly on January 29th of this year from the virus. It's been difficult.
We need choirs like these again. Now days they got these musicians singing solos when really they not singing they just there for show. GOD BLESS YAULL

I don't have anything against talented soloists (or even that group of 6 singers with a microphone standing in front of a choir); however, too much of what is called choral music today in churches is usually just a soloist being 'backed up' by a choir. A program by the Aeolians is still always, with very few exceptions, going to be a program of actual choir music rather than the choir being used primarily as the 'backup singers."

Just wanted these lovely young voices to know. Dr Robert Fryson, who is the compose of this song, would have loved this rendition. He was a wonderful man of God who wrote music from the depths of his heart and the way this is sung captures the essence of his creativity and his devotion to God totally. Thanks for posting it. When I first heard this song it took my breath away, the beauty, the quiet.. pleading - do you understand how glorious our Lord is? 🙏🏽 I imagine that the angels sing this each day. Currently STILL in the nursing home and I sometimes listen to this song to get through the moment. I always listen to the voices of the Aeolians to carry me through the day. 😞

This is what I learned this week. Hope it blesses you. Praying you are well. 1 Corinthians 1:18-31 For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. The Holy Spirit helps us to discern whatever cross He has ordained us to bear for the glory of God. These God ordained fire appointments purify and the power of Christ is the gold and glory!! Philippians 1:16 “The one preach Christ of contention, not sincerely, supposing to add affliction to my bonds. There are some crosses we are not meant to bear. And can be avoided, these are those that others place on us because we don't know the Heart of God for our individual lives, via the Holy Spirit. We all have different callings and difference of gifts and graces. God has us all in different seasons of life. Then there are those situations that we bear but don't have to, because of sin, flesh, the world and the devil. We get to ask The Holy spirit what each circumstances are purposed for in our life. Some to judgment for grace to repent and some to mercy for grace to rejoice. But all through the blood of Jesus Christ!! When the Holy spirit reveals the truth to us in every trial, He always shows us what to do and there is great victory. He gives us a knowing of how to maneuver in each circumstances by faith in what the Holy Spirit reveals. This is why it is so important to have a fresh connection, fresh repentance and flow with Christ beautiful Spirit!! He will provide us fresh new ways to overcome. He teaches us all things. When we depend on Him for all things and seek His heart in all things. As we acknowledge Him in all our ways He will direct our paths. We need to refuse to proceed without Hearing a word from God. Refuse to go in struggle in you( flesh). Wait on God he will show up..Only proceed forward when you are fully persuaded in Christ!! We will know what battle to fight and which ones to stand still and see the victory. We will have no wasted energy..We will have power to use all our strength to worship God. Which is the greatest commandment!!All will lead to the ultimate goal .less flesh more of Christ..I die daily.Amen.🔥✨🔥✨🔥✨🔥Godspeed to you and your family!! Oh what Walter Hawkins, Frank Williams and Rev. James Moore would’ve done anything to see this beautiful young adult choir filled with so much holiness 🙌🙌🙏🙏♥️♥️
I’ve seen many recordings from this class. I just don’t believe there will be a more special collection of young people in that choir again. You can not replicate the spirit or mere perfection of this particular group. Thank you for sharing. I’m moved with every recording. Your faces are radiant and your vocal blend is on point!

yes they can and do. it is par for their course...and made them Choir of the World a few years back. This is what a well directed group of young black folk can do when their singing is to God from the heart. And yes Glorious IS THE Name OF Jesus for above that name is NO OTHER NAME.

I am a 76 yr old black teacher who listens, feels, grows, is reminded of allllllll the blessings God has given me because of YOUR voices! I CANNOT imagine what u feel inside but I as an olddd lady know u carrrrrry that same spirit & more inside u ! I just love how black people sing and play the piano. As a musician I am always trying to improve my piano playing and I am ALWAYS jealous and wish I could play and sing the way you do :) it is amazing and uplifting

I grew up pentecostal and now I don't practice any religion however, I am still a gospel music fan because that to me is where the best musicality is. THIS here is real singing.
