Ok..let me just clear this..I said i have extremely dry skin and that is why I’m going with the serum even though it’s not needed cos the mask doesn’t dry your skin..but that serum is usually good for people with oily skin because it controls your oil production.!!

Hi Miriam,thanks for sharing how to maintain the skin.I am 41 yrs old..I used to maintain my skin so far.after watching ur postings I educate myself n tried many things in my day to day life especially in these quarantine.I always tell to my daughters to watch ur postings. I am working as a teacher my routine is once I freshed , I apply my moisturizer n lakme 9 to 5 bronze cc cream,with lipstick these things I'll follow.wildtumeric n gram flour I have used more then 20 yrs.nw I bought some of the serums.kindly tell me while going out how n when should apply , moisturizer n sunscreen lotion ,serum with my daily lakme cc cream. Now only I am trying serums.

Hi Miriam I am have been following ur DIYS for a long time. And great results but later my skin felt dull and started breaking out Because of hormonal issues and I am facing problems with acne-prone skin and bumps on my face over forehead.. And I need help. Drink lots of lots of water... Early mng with empty stomach drink water...n then only wash ur face 2 tyms in a day...I am using aroma magic tea tree facewash it's working osm... N for moisturizing u can use curd Miriam Akka remedy Working osm to clear acne... N my acne facing from 2 years almost clear within 3 months with taking care of my skin... use good products natural or else SLS n parabeen free. I used clear gel too coz I have lot of acne back then. Important thing completely avoid sugar n dairy products. Follow the 60 sec face wash rule...be gentle on ur skin... DNT scrub ur face if u have active acne... Never sleep without following ur skincare routine.. change pillow covers for atleast once in two days... Do VAJRASANA for 5 minutes after ur lunch n dinner it helps for digestion. Digestion also plays key role in clear skin. I hope it helps uh.

Yeah after some weeks of continuous trying we should use face mask 2 -3 times in a week .drink water and do some exercise in open air let your skin breath. eat fruits and healthy food along with this continue your facial masks which suits your skin type... if your body is healthy u will definitely glow outside

If u repeatedly apply masks or be it anything on ur skin without break, it will take ur moisture off the skin. Ur skin will become dry then ur skin produces sebum to balance the moisture content. Thus breakout(pimples ) starts. Just use mild soap for 1 time per day. Don't wash ur face more than 2 times.my sincere request is not to use Any kind of face wash. Use face mask once or twice in a interval of 2 weeks. Don't apply anything on ur skin repeatedly. Let the skin breathe. Main thing is Don't scrub ur skin with anything . If u want a healthy skin , just Don't disturb ur skin always. Take carrot juice vitA , any fruit juice ,leafy vegetable,enough sunlight,lot of water, enough exercise , lemon or orange juice to glow ur skin. This works.100% sure. Let ur skin glow from inside. Be ecstatic .

you can use peritop lotion and peritop soap...It is available in pharmacy store..just follow the directions on it..In two washes it will gone (First you should use lotion on scalp by adding small amount of lotion in small amount of water and apply it and leave it for sometime..and then u should wash your scalp with peritop soap and then do your hair like regular wash with shampoo)
