"Confidence comes from being prepared." - John Wooden
How confident are you that your upcoming go-live will be a success?
What if I told you that you could increase your chances of a successful go-live by 10 times with just three conversations--would you do it?
The key to confidence-and ultimately a successful go-live-is conducting Go Live Readiness Assessments (GLRAs) leading up to the event.
GLRAs are simple in concept: gather all the key players and assess their preparedness before the go-live.
Conducting these assessments at least three times before the go-live will increase your likelihood of success tenfold.
Using a structured tool (with stoplight indicators 🚦 for quick and easy reference) will help you identify trends, track progress, and reduce the chances of operational stumbles.
After that, it's all about execution. Good luck!
