So happy your gestational diabetes test went well!! Best way to use those chips: chip chicken! Crush the chips, dip boneless/skinless chicken breast or thigh in beaten egg, dip both sides in the crushed chips, repeat for a crunchier outcome. Bake in the oven at the recommended time and temp for the type/thickness of chicken cut you use!

Hi Heather. Thank you for sharing your twins pregnancy journey and glad everything went well! I have mono/di twins and also experiencing IUGR for one. Did you have to check with your doctor on taking the protein shakes and two a day? I just want to try anything to help with their growth. Thank you in advance!
