I love that you’re not using the heaviest weights. It’s so comforting as someone with a bad back to watch someone get great results with moderate weights. Love this🩷🩷 your vibe is everything

Yesss, I had a lower back injury myself and low weights was the only thing that worked for me. Now since my back is better, I still really enjoy lifting lighter. Enjoy the workout!💗

Did you grow your glutes with weights and workouts like these in your video? I definitely need to practice more with my form for the Bulgarian split squats because I don’t feel the burn in my glutes like I feel I should. Thanks for all the videos, especially the workout ones! They’re really helping me get more motivated 😊
