GLUTE MACHINE / TUTORIAL FOR BEGINNERS
In this video I will be showing you an in depth instructional video on the GLUTE MACHINE.
This machine is specifically designed to strengthen and tone your glutes, by engineering movement that totally isolates gluteal, hamstring and quadriceps muscles.
1. Start with your head looking forward and the bend of the knees with a 90-degree angle between the hamstrings and calves.
2. Exhale as you lift your leg, until the hamstrings are in line with your back.
3. Contract the glutes throughout this movement and hold the contraction at the top for a second.
4. Go back to the initial position as you inhale.
Side Note: At the end of the movement the upper leg should be parallel to the floor while the calf should be perpendicular to it.
