I LOVE this recipe! Thanks Melanie! I used half the honey, 3 Stevia paks, and some cinnamon. Its surprisingly delicious & not overly sweet. I don't eat sweets anymore but I wanted to use some apples I had. I think this is also Keto friendly.

Yum Melanie. How easy was that! You could make this blindfolded. 2 things though, I see you didn't use Lemon juice on the apple pieces and no dusting of cinnamon or nutmeg before baking. Not that it needed it of course. It certainly looks devine and no doubt delicious. Cheers 🤤👍😀🇦🇺

Pro tip: lightly spray your measuring cup with oil before putting in the honey, and then the honey will slide right out! 🙌 I look forward to making this recipe today! 😋 I think I may add some pumpkin spice though.

Hi Melanie , I really love this recipe….a question my dear ….I’ve come to enjoy my instapot and air fryer over my oven and sometimes find ways not to crank on my oven . Is there any way this recipe may be tweaked to use an air fryer ? I have pans that would work and don’t mind splitting the portions as my fryer is the one with two cookers ( Ninja ) . For instance , the banana bread I make comes out great in my air fryer . I so appreciate your feedback on this for you are an excellent resource . Temp is too high. Shouldn’t be 400 F. It burns the cake!
