I made a bask-style cheesecake this time!
This is a savory cheesecake that burns the surface.
Ingredients (15 cm x 1)
300g cream cheese
80g granulated sugar
3 eggs
200ml heavy cream

How to make
1. Cover a 15 cm cake mold with baking paper cut into large pieces. Preheat the oven to 240 ° C.
2. Mix 300 g of softened cream cheese with a rubber spatula until it becomes smooth.
3. Add 80 g of granulated sugar in 2 ~ 3 steps. Mix it with a rubber spatula each time you add it.
4. Switch to a whisk and mix it until there are no lumps.
5. Beat 3 eggs in another bowl. Add (4) in 2 ~ 3 steps and mix gently with a whisk (Don't put too much air in it.).
6. Add 200 ml of fresh cream and mix it with a whisk.
7. Pour it in the mold when it entirely mixes then bake it in an oven preheated to 240 ° C for around 30 minutes.
8. Take it out from the oven. Cover it with a plastic wrap with the mold when it cools down then let it rest in the fridge for 1 night.
You can cut it nicely if you warm the knife when you cut it.
*There are comments such as the center is soft and has become hard. The baking time depends on the oven. The oven I use is a hot air circulation type oven. The bask cheesecake in the video is a little hard, so if you're using the same type of oven and want to make it creamy, you can shorten the baking time.
If the cake is softer than I imagined, 30 minutes might be too short, so add another 5 to 10 minutes.
