Want to know how to make gluten free flatbread? This 2-ingredient gluten free bread is SO easy to make. I flavoured these flatbreads with sun-dried tomatoes and feta but you can use any flavour combinations you like or have them completely plain. You can also add some Nigella seeds and have them in place of naan breads. Have them for dipping, as a side dish, for wrapping up grilled chicken or halloumi or as a base for a quick gluten free pizza.

200g gluten free self-raising flour (OR plain flour + 2 tsp baking powder)
200g Greek or Natural Yoghurt
50g feta (crumbled)
