Helpful information: I have celiac disease and have been gluten free since 2018. I have never had cross contamination issues at my house, at home I live with other people that eat gluten, but never having a problem outside of my home is a different story restaurants can sometimes be risky,so here are some tips when eating at restaurants : when you find good safe restaurants stick with them when eating out, it’s ok to try different restaurants now and then but just do your research ahead of time (if you can) and know that contamination risks can be higher. If you find out they don’t have safe celiac practices or don’t know what celiac disease is don’t eat there, but if you ate there because they said that they could make stuff gluten free and now don’t feel good ,you just found out the hard way and you should never go back to that restaurant, I speak from experience. Another tip: when ordering something that the restaurant can make gluten free tell the server that you have celiac disease and need to eat gluten free before you tell them what you are going to order, that way they have no way of mistaking you for doing it as a fad and because you said you have celiac disease and needed to eat gluten free the cooking staff should have a protocol that halts the kitchen for cleaning and prepping, that way the cooking staff can make sure the food stays gluten free. If the restaurant has safe gluten free practices when making gluten free food at a restaurant then you just found a keeper and should add it to the options when eating out, a good restaurant is a restaurant you can safely eat at 100s of times without having problems.

Hi there, if you are looking for spices - club house is very good at labelling many of their spice mixes gluten free. You will notice the blue gluten free label making them celiac safe. :) Your utensils should be ok to use as long as they are being washed properly. We would suggest running them through the dishwasher or if by hand, to use a dedicated sponge. I hope that helps. :)
