Hi Jamie. I watched this video yesterday on my TV via RU-vid but couldn’t comment. Am I the only person who has never heard of Little Caesar’s crazy puffs? I never knew it was a thing. But after watching this, it does seem to be something that gf pizza lovers would like. The dough looked so loose! Looking back, do you think it might’ve worked better to add more flour for a stiffer dough? Not sure about that, but wanted to ask. I just had a thought. What about turning the muffin pan over and greasing the bottoms, then mold the dough over each dome to par bake for maybe 10 minutes? Definitely looks good, but I can’t wrap my head around a gf flour blend that has some type of wheat product in it……😳 Thanks for the video! ❤-Brenda
Honestly, I hadn't heard about them until I saw all the YT videos on them and looked into them. I knew the dough would be a little loose. I should probably look at tweaking the liquid a little bit. Tara reheated them in the air fryer and said they came out really good. yes, the whole wheat starch in a gf flour blend is a still interesting to me. I'm sure it's going to be a big debate that goes on constantly like the Cheerios thing lol.
