Being gluten free is definitely trendy, it's part of the reason why it's so hard to just find gluten free stuff rather than gluten free + sugar free, low sodium, vegan, keto, ect
Definitely head shaking, I never vomited before I went GF... Now I vomit for hours until there is nothing, absolutely nothing in there. How sad, they need to just take responsibility.
This is why I have a bag of non perishable gluten free foods ready to go if I’m ever hospitalized, or in case of other emergencies. I don’t trust hospitals 😕
intense vomiting is actually how i found out i had coeliac (i was in denial for awhile before the vomiting started tho tbh). RIP to that poor patient who should have had more attention paid to their dietary needs. the part about undiagnosed coeliacs experiencing higher risk of negative outcomes during pregnancy was shocking. thank you for caring about the mess the US is in, I'm so grateful to live in a sanctuary state but also so devastated for every one who will be affected by the ass backwards ruling/ state decisions :(
