Excellent! I am taking her Celiac Crash Course and it is fantastic. I was one of those that at diagnosis was just told to eat a gluten free diet. Nothing else. Her class is great!

Yep quick session with dietitian and I knew more than she did and I was trying to feed a 2 and 4 years old that were just diagnosed. Such a waste of time and money. I feel I am now very knowledgeable after 11 years. Love your videos having my teen girls watch them. Having them make more choices and decision on their health. I often have people reach out to me and I will be sharing your information.
