I have hypoglycemia since my childhood and mild fasting hypoglycemia. I'm 33 and since 3 yrs, things have gotten worse. Have to eat every two hours and no carbs. My lowest so far has been 58. It's super exhausting as if I'm on low battery mode all the time. I have pancreatitis and pain in my upper right abdomen, basic liver tests are normal. Also I have gallstones. I've had no proper diagnosis yet. What do you recommend, I could do?
