Hi I d like to ask about neutralizer for glycolic acid .. when I use soda mix with water it hurts and burns and makes a hissing when I apply it, but the neutralizer I bought online doesn't hurt or make a hissing sound this makes me think it doesn't neutralize glycolic acid properly also after this I got tiny burns that healed quickly tho? What do you think is best?

toner Glycolic Acid 7% + 0.5% salicylic acid ..serum Azelaic Acid 10 %.. is good for day and night use?

I have oily prone acne sensitive skin😅 I know glycolic acid is better for sensitive skin and salicylic acid better for oily skin, but what about my skin type (oily sensitive)?, Thanks a lot.

You could certainly do so, just keep an eye on your skin and if you start to notice any irritation or negative side effects, to ease back and maybe alternate every other day or few days!

We haven't tested that exact order with those specific products ourselves, so we can't say for sure or that you won't have any sort of reaction. With any products though, if you do start to experience any unwanted irritation we'd suggest not using them or trying one without the other. Everyone's skin is different!

Yes! It just depends on how sensitive your skin is though, so we can't say for sure if your skin will personally react well to the product. Can always give it a try and stop using if your skin doesn't react positively!

Hi Yeni- yes you can use both! She brought up that question and then briefly mentions why you would need both again so that you could then make that decision based on your own skin type! There are times when you will need both throughout your skincare journey, sometimes even coming across treatments or products that contain both. The only people who cannot use both at the same time are those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, as they need to avoid salicylic acid. Hope this helps!

Hey Natalia! You should be totally fine to go ahead and use those together! As with anything, just ease back on it or start to alternate if you seen any irritation to the skin. Hope this helps!
