I really like this suggestion. If there's need to make it unique then perhaps you could add the computer name to it? Commodore pitchfork. I'd also hope to see a complete chiptune band in the future. I would be so cool if there was a unique style for each instrument like this one.

I had a suggestion, but yours in better, perhaps just add pitchfork 64 or Commodore pitchfork or something like that just to point out that it is still a C64.

Please stylize C=tar instead, to reference the commodore logo. I like it, easy to say. Possibly it should be kept in the bag for a future sitar variant though. The SIDtar or SIDar may be more obvious, however also more sitar than guitar.

You did it again lft. You actually made me write a small program to try to learn the chromatic button accordion layout. I only played the piano until now, but after playing a bit with it, I find the chromatic layout to be much superior. Thanks for popularizing it in your instruments!

I don't know what your surname is but normally when people invent an instrument they add the 'ophone' suffix to their surname. It would be something like the Linophone or the Linus fiddle. You put a lot of effort and skill into this take some credit.

It somehow reminds me of thereminvox, which's name consists of it's author's surname (Leon Theremin) and "vox" - voice. So this might be called something like "Åkessonar". Or perhaps "LFTuner"
