Certainly is. Remember the Chevy Luv Pickup? This sounds like a political redirect line of BS they are telling us we want. Kind of like the new green deal. If you say it over and over and over will it make it true? Is this the Ponzi scheme of marketing? I wasn’t born at night, so you can’t keep me in the dark and telling me about the sunshine and how great it will be. Grandpa talked about smoke and mirrors back in the 50’s and this is it today! He also talked about the mushroom effect, you know keep’em in the dark and feed’em sh¬_t and they grow just fine. Do the math ….. it don’t add up in today’s world.
Probably made in China. The Union got a big pay raise . So yeah, this could be *ClickBait* Roll up windows with a manual shift would be nice. 👌 They keep showing a F-150 but this is probably a mid size pick up truck.

This was really stupid, all the trucks you are showing in the video are 90k$. $8000 won't buy the frame and drivetrain. Even if it a fwd 4 cyl unibody.
It's $5000 for the base model, $5000 if you want an engine, another $5000 for a transmission, $3000 for a set of 4 wheels and tires, $1000 for a tailgate, and an interior ranging from $5000 to $20,000 ... And it looks like a ford!
If GM cannot get their act together on full sized trucks plagued with problems for years now, what makes you think they can produce a reliable and quality-built truck made in a third world country. Ford's Mexico produced Maverick which was originally supposed to be a sub twenty-thousand-dollar truck is well over thirty thousand on average and filled with numerous recalls for quality and reliability issues.
Never going to happen; not even possible in today's world. Unless the spending power of the dollar becomes that of the 1980's the only thing you are getting for 8000.00 is maybe, maybe a rolling chassis without a powertrain and without a motor. But, I appreciate the focus on the Upper tier options like Denali. This video could have been 1 minute long. I feel like I just listened to a student trying to fill the requirements for a 2500 word essay by saying the same thing 100 different ways.
Finally! It appears the consumer has had enough of greedflation. All of the 'essential' options are 'wanted' not 'needed'. Consumers appear to finally catching on to the $800 optional 'power butt scratcher'. Half of the people watching this vieo probably wouldn't know how to operate a hand crank window. Long over due trend that I hope really catches on.
Comes with a 12 volt power wheels power plant coming in at an astounding 3.1hp and a whopping 2.2ft lbs of tourq and a negative 4 crash test rating the plastic wheels make it fun because you can get sideways when you go with the 24volt drill battery edition for an extra $89.99😂
So after 10 minutes of you saying essentially the same 3 things over and over again, I have now reached the part of the video where I do not give two spare tires about this truck anymore. " Electric " Sustainable " Marketing buzzwords for socialist types and when combined with " affordable " means that someone's being forced to pay for it whether they want it or not. What a time waster of a video.
2:30 in you have said the same thing like 5 times and haven't actually gotten to what's so special about this new truck yet. Please don't re iterate in more and more elaborate prose about " this truck is shacking the doodabs "
Sounds like a Chinese/Mexico factory that has been re-badged with the bowtie to sell the crap with no more than a year warranty. American automakers are missing out to make a decently equipped 17K to 24K entry either in trucks or cars without being a subcompact. A sub middle size with functional equipment and respectful fuel consumption without turbos, ecoboosting or crazy stuff like that, just a simple 2.4 4cyl. or up to 3.4 6 cyl. geared to adapt fuel consumption needs that has reliability seems to be lost on them.
GM has outsold Ford for a very long time. GMC and Chevy combined sell twice the volume of trucks. This is what I've been saying, manufacturers are out pricing the country. No one can afford a new truck. Though I'd be concerned about being THAT cheap. If they priced it at 15-20k, with basic amenities i.e. power windows and locks, climate control, pfff, I'm good.
I WILL NOT GET A TRUCK WITH ONLY 2 DOORS I LOVE MY 4 DOORS ON MY TRUCK WITH THE EXTRA ROOM IN MY TRUCK FOR MY SPEAKERS AND I AM IN MY 50s NOW BUT I DON’T HAVE KIDS TO BE IN THE BACK SETS SO THAT IS WHERE MY SPEAKERS GO
DO NOT WATCH! This guy just yammers on saying the same thing over and over but never really giving you any REAL information. Do Not Waste Your Time. I want my time back!
8K USD ? Well maybe it will be a version or mod of the pickup from partner Wuling & their Zhengtu Double Cab & long bed w/ foldable sides with a atmosperic engine. In China the base version costs 8.250 USD. So with sigle cab & short bed this could be done ...
AS GM QUALITY IS AS BAD AS FORD THIS IS NOT GOING TO GO WELL FOR BUYERS. IS THIS ANOTHER MEXICAN PRODUCT. WE DON'T WANT THESE CARS AND TRUCKS FROM AMERICAN COMPANIES ANYMORE.
Don't you think the word "SHOCK" has become so overused. About every major auto maker is starting to make under $10,000. pick up trucks. Nobody is shocked. They all know what each other is doing. Try using a Thesaurus genius.
Why do I feel like this video could of been done under 5min but dragged on for nearly 12 ugh totally unacsaery. Why repeat yourself so much what a waste.
