Hey Ben I’ve not gotten your book yet but planning on getting it soon. About your show, I almost always hit the like button before you even say anything, your podcasts are sooo good!! Love listening while I’m busy around the house.
From the perspective of my chess experience, to play chess well you just have to be exposed to chess everyday on all its aspects and context. The same way you learn a language... you just have to be exposed to the language in context. But, too much exposed to chess, hampers your social abilities and personality; so, watch out!!
