The automatic switch / plate is undoubtedly stylish and attractive. But while you were demonstrating these, one of the touch control (for Fan) wasn't working. It is not good for the branding. Hope, the customers won't face such issues in real-time and these touch switches would last long.

We appreciate it harsh. To be very frank, we uploaded the video almost a year back and what you mentioned is correct. It was for the first time we operated the switches also and we were very amateur in taking video also. But once people started noticing it, it became our most visited video. So it was not possible to remove it for that issue. We have completed 7 projects till now with these switches in kerala alone and it is a good product. In our channel itself you will be able to see a lot of projects with these switches. It is a good product and it has 2 year warranty and it works well in android and iOS and it works well with Amazon echo as well as google home. Thanks
