5 Minutes into the game, your whole thought process is completely different than it was 2 months ago. Whoever is teaching you is doing a bang up job! When in future playing over the board, try not to work out or find out who you're playing.
Absolutely! I came into the comments to write these very words. I hope this Gotham makes his way into regular videos, quick jokes, and crisp, crisp content through and through.
For sure. I recall his coach said in one video about unnecessary complications and "don't make any funny business in a winning position" and here we saw Levy actively talking himself out of complication and keeping it simple when it was appropriate. It's cool to watch
stop your disrepect, levy is an international master and one of the best players in the world u probably some 900 you'll never get to his level in million years
The Main one is only for clickbaits and drama made for 600s . Actual chess is here . Also the thought process of superGMs is incomprehensible while other chess youtubers are boring . Levy is the perfect sweetspot .
"As labor adjoins itself to intellectual striving, one attains supreme refinement in their endeavors." - An honest person complimenting Levy trying to sound too fancy
I usually like thumbnails, especially yours, but there should be a love button for this thumbnail. Seriously creative and well executed thumbnail. I am so happy that you are on your way. You are a champ, but you have to beat your mental game and actually make your goal. You can do it. Stat focused on the game and not the person you are playing against.
He is doing it on a different website which is for very strong players. He told us about it. Like he said if you see leaderboard it is only title players
It's easy to say "you should have done [insert opinion]". You don't know his goals from 10 years ago. Glad that Levy is taking it seriously, keep grinding!
@@RandomGuyOnYT763 Looking at levy I personally feel like not getting accomplishments in chess recently has eaten away his soul. but I agree not my place to pass a comment like that.
He is in a much better position to dedicate his time to this now that he is the top chess streamer and financially comfortable. He did things in the right order.
Hi! Really great content! Keep up the good and hard Work! and i am sure you are going to reach your goal! But, Don't you think that you should work on your mental toughness and confidence and see what opponent you are facing to start with? Afterall in real tournaments you know who you play! Greetings from Greece!
"definitely", as in he's making a confident guess, otherwise he wouldnt say "definitely" there. though it did throw me off as well when i first heard it lol
The engine has its own playstyle, so saying "this is the best move according to the engine" is kinda similar to "this is the best move according to Magnus" in this context
Levy I’m no where near your skill But I’m your age and I used to be A very competitive hockey player so I understand competitive sports I literally the whole time was like he is just not confident and you said it “I’m scared I’m playing you” what are you scared of bro? To lose? I started playing hockey when I was 2 so I literally get all the competitive shit bro but literally just play chess period
I’m not saying that to say I’ve never seen you be confident either cuz I have you literally just think too much I think chess is so natural to you you need to try and let your instincts take over for this bullet shizzz bro you fr are so much better than everyone
03:09 - "it's definitely the best move, like according to the engine." saying that, whilst pointing to his other screen. Levy Rozman - cheating confirmed?
Levy, study until when you play a move, you declare, with certainty, “this IS a good move” instead of “this looks very menacing”. The brutal search for absolute truth and maximum damage is what will get you to GM. Get to the point where you need to destroy your opponent so bad that you must know that the move is best.
