So basically you solved nothing just spouted off what you have heard will solve it. Sometimes doing what you are saying (like when a fuel pump actually needs replaced) will cause this problem. it did for me.
07 Yukon..this happens to me 2wice maybe 3 times a year but after about a week or 2 it goes back to normal..beats that work that has to be done...literally just went back to normal after I picked my son up from school but I noticed I was parked on a steep incline with the front facing up...hey I'm not saying that helped it but you can give it a try for about 5 or 10mins..if it works it it works if not then 👐 I was just trying to help
@@handsfree3221 Yep my did it again too last Tuesday but it went back to normal yesterday...I put a full tank of gas in it and couple days later it went back to normal....I just can't figure it out it's weird
My chevy threw a PO 463 code (fuel Sensor) but it also had low fuel pressure. After replacing the pump ( and sensor) the fuel gauge still reads full or empty and throws code PO461 (voltage signal at the fuel sensor is incorrect ). Just saying, check your wiring before replacing the pump. It's a real bitch and it ain"t cheap!
Did you solve the problem it happened to me I change the fuel pump put nothing change fuel gauge read some times empty some half sometimes full please help me
I replace the cluster and fuel pump/ se dung unit and my gas gauge still does not work. I Have a new body style 2007 Chevy Silverado LT 1500 4x4 ext cab smooth panel. I am going crazy cause I can't drive my truck
Hello, I have a gmc acadia 2010 , the fuel gauge is not working. I tried to replace the sensor in the fuel tank but it didn’t work even I changed all the panel or the table I don’t know what’s it’s name but it didn’t work can you help me please
Fuel sending unit... $30 on eBay. Pain in the ass to get to. Have to remove bed. 2-4 guy job by yourself. $250-300 at a shop. I recommend the shop. Don't fuck with gas.
