That should be a fun one😅, I need to get the engine cage done so I can have it all tied into the cab cage then I can go back to the dash! And the seats i can’t wait for
@@f4mdtwr his name is Dylan Cullwell, he’s out of Corona, CA It’s not the cheapest option but man to have everything final welded perfectly was worth every penny
Dude love this shit I gotta 17 about to rip off the 6” lift an do this exact trip…cant thank you enough for all the sick details your showing as you go. Thank you for all the inspiration keep rockin on brotha 🤘🏼
Not really, it comes with a printed out form showing where things kind of should go off of, maybe other ones that have more done have better more detailed instructions but I’m the second one on this specific cage
This is just a harbor freight notched, not sure I recommend it for much more than straight 0 degree notches. I’ve had a lot better luck with tube tracers
@connorellisx damn, I'm gonna be picking up at 2015 silverado. Would love to do this but dammn the price. Gotta pay to play I guess. Love the content. I was so nervous when u cut the rear fenders. I don't know if I would have the balls to cut up a good truck
@@rayvettevlogs trust me I’m terrified! I mean there’s a ton of options that aren’t nearly this involved, like getting an LT kit and rear shocks that get you out and having fun with a badass truck, this level frankly is just all consuming at this point for me but I am really enjoying it!
@connorellisx it's definitely a badass build I wish one day my truck will be like this. I'm just kinda on the fence about the afm bullshit with Chevy. Ima be picking up a used 15 silverado. Ima have to do the afm delete I'm buying the truck for a v8 not a 4cylinder. So dumb. I would love to get a 2005 like my bros but they are all beat and a ton of mile . He made it all full long travel. It's not caged but it's close to what u have done.
@@rayvettevlogs honestly I don’t hate on the AFM, lifter may fail on you at like 120-150k miles, but that’s the perfect opportunity to throw a cam in and make a repair a fun upgrade instead. The LT motors make a lot more power and are all aluminum blocks so they are a lot lighter. It’s a better motor in my opinion
