You know its bad when a fucking checkers board game is more entertaining than the actual RP server itself.

A roleplay server where admins are the only ones allowed to have fun

I love standing around in a room doing nothing for hours while I get bossed around by people with mental issues. My favorite type of rp server.

"This is roleplay" *roleplays* "That's akshually not valid, you can't do that"

these guys are really putting the 'CP' into 'SCP'

The true anomaly that needs to be contained is the people on this server.

I used to play on this server, the staff would not allow you to have fun unless they permitted it. If you do something slightly fun they quickly count to 3 and then they gun you down.

"Heh, if you find the guy, send him MY WAY" had me dying

"I can't hear you, I don't have a headset" would have been a doozy here.

I love how the admin said that you can't speak whilst you are gagged; which doesn't even work, yet they did nothing about the person who said they would stab your family to death and threatened you. Most average Gmod admin.

The other inmate that was around with you to plan to shoot the guard was the most roleplay the server ever experienced

You wouldn't believe the degeneracy of the people who play this server every day. Me and my friends messed around on this server for a bit, then months later we come back and there were people we saw before, which is insane. Did some investigating and there are a significant amount of people on this server that have over an average of 12 hours A DAY on the server. Not to mention the fact that they write literal ESSAYS to apply for their in-game 'job positions', and have to file a LEAVE OF ABSENSE to maintain the role if they dont play for a few days. This just scratches the surface of the degeneracy.

All these RP servers are the same. You idle around for 40mins while nothing happens and then the moment something interesting starts an Admin appears to ruin it.

A Server hosting a bunch of assmad moderators and players RPing should be an SCP in of itself.

I still can't get my head around the fact that grown adults pretend to be an imaginary character in an online game, get mad once something doesn't go their way and think this is a normal thing to do lol

as someone who used to be heavily involved in the scp roleplay genre for years i can confirm this is accurate, and it only gets way worse than this. this genre is completely degenerate and full of horrible people, some of which will genuinely try to doxx you over the game (it has happened to me before). they take this genre as their life, they play for hours everyday, they apply for ingame jobs and have to meet an "activity quota" to maintain their role. this is really just the surface level of SCP roleplay shit, I've been through the ins and outs of the genre and seen the worst of it. stay away from them if you value your sanity 💀💀

Scp rp servers are all the same it’s either waiting around a room for 2 hours with people with no mics or some mic spammers while some kid who somehow got a guard role shoots someone for passing a red line for 2 milliseconds

My favorite part was when the Admins punished you for being the sole source of entertainment on this server. "Stand in this dungeon until we decide its time for one of you to die." But if you do their job for them, and more efficiently at that, you get a 2 week ban... That checkers game was next level excitement though I've gotta say.

We all had that relative... that is a kid that wanted to play games with you and those games were like pretend / roleplay games that were so boring or repetitive... and they throw tantrum yell and cry.. if you don't follow what he / she wants you to do.. this server literally gives off this vibe..

Its against the rules to: speak while the game shouldn't allow you to speak. use weapons, even tho you are an inmate on death row basicly. Seems like a fun server for the people who owns it and no one else.

Regular threatens bubs family but the admin is more worried about Bub talking while gagged. Amazing

The funny thing is that most of these severs don’t even act like they want to “roleplay” and just yap commands at you

I remember playing on this server and talking about what I had for lunch with a security guard at the checkpoint and a funcop came over and threatened to put us in timeout for 'breaking RP' Having your RP experience ruined by two dudes talking in a room you're not in is the most steakums brained thing ever

Some of these scp maps dont even come with escape routes. I remember playing on one of those servers and just afking while talking with my friends. Didnt get banned for afking cause all you do is get dragged around

Man this is like SCP:Secret Lab without the fun. I remember there used to a be a GMOD gamemode called Breach that was just a better version of SCP:SL. Some of the best GMOD experience without the RP BS. The gamemode is pretty dead now though, sad times.

You got Steve Winters, then Baron Harkonnen or a Fallout ghoul, and then straight into Sean Connery. This is comedy gold.

Me and a friend used to go on these servers every once in awhile to turn on the femur breaker server wide sound effect, escape the facility as D-Class so preteen admins could start throwing a fit, and then quit the game to do it again in a couple months cause they didn’t even know how to ban anyone.

As a current player on this server, I can agree with basically everything Bub says here. It's ugly, and there's nothing to do for new players until you hit level 5. Even then, everyone treats you like shit until you go out of your way to show people you're perfect. Then, after that, you have to grind and claw your way up the chain of command. You can get removed from your spot just by forgetting to say in Discord that you were online for however long you were on and what you did. Another thing is the severe bias and how the highest roles on the server are a highly managed friend group who have their own private Discord. They get into it and minge under new names and get on low-level jobs just to be minges. Note: I'm not saying EVERYONE sucks here because there are SOME actually fun and nice people on the server. Unfortunately, if you're a new player, the server forces you to grind till level 5 and then grind even more to get noticed. Also don't get me started on the staff. (you can tell I have some feelings about this server)

You can get better reactions if you are a civlian and break into the base. They try to arrest you but they get pissed if you try breaking out.

I might get a ton of hate for this, but tbh this video made this server more trash than it is, i feel like this server is one of the better ones that g mod has to offer, tbh i had the same reactions as this man XD, but you do you. I still think this server is worth a shot! Another thing that i will say that at 5:13 that is me, captain Elijah Xenon Kamski, now yea i was talking to him and i though that he heard me, if i knew that he was new i would not shoot him right away. i joined this server like a year ago when it was first released it was just the 2 founders and i roleplayed with them, they kept putting me in a cage and turned me into a beast and stuff. strange experience but was sorta interesting
