I was very impressed with their performance. Axl was classic, he did what he needed to do to have fun and make it a show for all of us. Anyone that can get on stage at 60, sing and hit the high notes like this and run around for hours at a time, night after night giving his fans as much love as he can deserves respect. It looks like the whole band is working out and starting to take care of themselves a little better. I'm sure this tour is only going to get better as it continues and I'm really looking forward to the next GNR album. Axl is a genius in the studio. I realize that it's virtually impossible for anyone to scream the way he does in the studio night after night live without blowing out their voice and doing vocal cord damage. But all he needs to do in the Studio is hit the notes once for the new album and we all have it forever. And I know he can still bring it!!!!
I think he was just grateful to be doing what he loves again. He waited a year and a half to tour and honestly, he looked happier here than I had seen him in years
