Today, we will make a traditional Korean tea ☕️Jujube tea that goes well with ☃️ a cold winter day.
It's my favorite tea so I make it all year round and eat it.
It was so difficult to make dried jujube tea with seeds, so this time I tried making dried jujube without seeds.
It's very easy to make.
The jujube is so sweet that you can feel the unique taste of jujube without adding any other 🍯 syrup or sugar.

#Jujubetea ingredient
300 g seedless dried jujube
#Jujubetea recipe
1. Wash dried jujube and soak it in water(2L) for at least 3 hours.
2. Pour soaked jujube and water into a pan
3. Boil over high heat for 10 minutes and over medium heat for 10 minutes
4. Stir to make sure it is cooked evenly
5. Pour boiled jujube & water into a blender
6. Add more water (500ml) and grind with a blender
7. Put a sieve in a bowl and pour the jujube water
8. Sift finely until only the jujube skin remains
(You can drink jujube tea smoothly when the skin is removed)
9. Pour back into the pot
10. Boil over medium heat for 10 minutes
11. Jujube tea completion
