The last time I transformed my Optimus, the knee panel popped off as well. It seems like it shouldn't because it's securely on there but wedging your nail in the crack to get to it is difficult.
I think that this part is going to be essential for me. hehe. I love the new look of the truck back and the robot back when installed. It really does look nice.
Unfortunately, this backpack prevents you from storing the gun on the robot mode in the perfect spot for him to actually grab it but I don't think that'll be an issue.
Yep, it's a useful piece that makes the cab mode look a lot neater. As well as the red, I've picked up the purple one for Shattered Glass Prime and the grey one for 'sleep mode' Prime.
I just got one of these for my Prime fig this has to be THE must buy add on for this figure it looks great matches the color of the figure perfectly and works perfectly I love it!
I got this too, or something like it, from Amazon. It works really well. I like how well the paint matches the rest of him, so good on the peeps who made it. I haven't transformed my ER Optimus, but . . . this is cool!
I've had this for a few months now, and no, it doesn't look stupid. It fill in a gap in the truck's back. Simple to install. Can't wait to see your review of ER Rodimus Emgo!
Ty for this vid, had prime for almost a year now and never knew the knees had covers that folded out to secure the cab to the truck frame. Hated how his cab was always twisted looking in truck mode. Now if someone would make a correct scale trailer for him........

This figure could use some hands enhancement, because the arms are super-short. If it had a drop down option in the upper section like MP10 or KBBMP10V it would look and pose much much better.
Marvin I suggest you just connect it in its gun mode inside of his trailer. It is what I do so I don't see a bit of it. It is very simple but very effective. I mainly do that so that I don't it see on his back in truck mode and also because I don't have any micromasters yet so I have nothing else to put in his trailer.
Siege Optimus didn't need a third party add-on because he was a perfectly fine figure with no issues that needed fixing, but a lot of people insist that the Earthrise figure is better despite it requiring a third party add-on to fix an issue with the vehicle mode that wasn't present with the Siege figure.
Just pre-ordered for ER & SG OP from a local seller. For some reason the model name is different (SGW-70 instead of GX-09) but it looks exactly the same.
My only problem with the figure is fixed. Well, you still can't make him do a proper superhero-landing, but he's also not even $70, so I wasn't expecting much
