Question of the Day: Where is your favourite place to go out for dinner? My answer: My favourite place to go out for dinner in Toronto was the Japanese restaurant Ematai, but it went out of business. I love food, so choosing a new favourite place is hard. I love going out for Japanese food though and in Toronto Nami is also a great place to go out for dinner. How about you?

My favourite restaurant is the Halibut House or the Keg. I like the hand sculpture at the end for question of the day.

Thanks for noticing the statue at the end. I thought it was interesting and wanted to include it somehow. ☺️ Thank you for sharing your favourite restaurants. 🍽 Now I want to eat some steak because I am thinking about the Keg. 😉

My favorite place to go out for dinner in Toronto is Guu Izakaya .I think it is one of the best Japanese restaurant in Toronto. There is a bit loud though. Please correct my sentence .Thanks!

Hey Saki, thanks for your answer. I looked at Guu Izakaya online and I really want to go now. My favourite Izakaya in Toronto is DonDon, but I love trying new places too. ☺️ By the way, your sentences are great, and almost perfect. 👍🏻 "My favourite place to go out for dinner in Toronto is Guu Izakaya. I think it is one of the best Japanese restaurants in Toronto. It is a bit loud though." ( When we use the grammar point "one of..." it is always one of many. This means that the following noun needs to be plural. ie "Toronto is one of the best cities." or "Natto is one of the worst foods".) 😉

Hi Hamideh ☺️. I wish I could, too 😴. It always takes me awhile to drift off though 😅. By the way, if you're interested in more sleep vocabulary you might enjoy a lesson I made about it: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-_qgsoScqXHc.html 💤

I'm living in turkey. We are going out to doner, kebap, ciğer etc. These meals absolutely delicious. Perhaps you can try this meal in turkey. And I wonder this why you don't create social account Instagram etc. If you have social account please share from your RU-vid channel bio.

Thanks for your comment. That food sounds delicious. I've eaten kebabs before, as well as a sort of Canadian-Turkish fusion doner, but I've never hear of ciğer before. When I Googled it, it said it was a type of liver dish. Interesting. Now I am hungry and want to try 😉 I'd also love to visit Turkey some day. ☺️ Thank you for your inquiry about Instagram. Unfortunately, I am ashamed to say that I am rather bad at technology and most forms of social media. I personally don't really use any social media other than RU-vid and occasionally Facebook (I've never used Instagram, Twitter, etc..), but if there is enough interest from people I may look into starting some kind of social media connected to my RU-vid channel. If / When that happens, I will be sure to link it to my RU-vid account. Thanks.
