Land price in Goa under panchayat registration is minimum Rs. 25,000/- per square meter, and at any registration under municipality is minimum Rs 75,000/- per square meter since 2023 rates are going too higher , because Goa is a hotcake and blessed and peaceful, and every one wants to stay in advanced beautiful Goa.

You are right I am a catholic person of Goa staying in Mumbai. Beaning a Goan I can still not claim my anstor house in Goa . And ve have the Portuguese paper of it it is very difficult to claim it since we were not there other people have claim it we have met adv he told us it is of no use since people are already staying in it not one or 2 but at least 50 house have come up it a very huge property accordind to Indian law the law of Portugese is also valid as well as India law

Right said- Our Indian cinema only sells goa showing drugs, beers which is not the reality and as you pointed out Goa is way much unexplored.....Please stop spelling the beach names wrong.... There is no Russian beach in goa as Goa is part of India and belong to Goans. They are Goan houses as Maharashtra is a separate state and Goa is a separate state.

Mostly closed because of monsoons which are very heavy in Goa. Roads are also very bad & lot of accidents happen due to rash driving. Recently a SUV plunged into the Zuari river at 120 kmph.
