You are absolutely right.... thankyou for clearing doubts ...I myself wanted to start Airbnb but got to know that many illegal things can happen if I am not present locally as things will be managed by a manager...so the risk of police and tension increases
Bro I am a Goa lover who loves Goa more than his own City and I find peace, solace and serenity in Goa and even I am saddened by what Goa is becoming day by day.
I went Goa and book a villa, stayed 5 days. Meri wife ne bhar - bhar ke mujhe sunaya kyonki aaspas kuchh khane ka nahin aur ghar pe khana banana pada. Bacche apne rona rote rahe alag.
Super duperr...only old subscribers in this journey could clearly sense that genuine care for the public is the key underlying emotion for this powerful video❤
I’m from Pune.. I go to Goa every year at least twice.. Book a Star hotel at best Price on Travel site .. every time different hotels and different beaches… Me ,My wife and kid enjoy a lot… Last month it was my 30th trip… No need to buy a property..Not worth.. Enjoy Luxury Properties at affordable rates and best Service 🥂 Guruji is Absolutely Correct 👍🏻
Thanks Guru ji. Meri age 23 hai. Mai bhi Akshat Shrivastav ki videos dekhta hu. Unki Goa wali video se bahot prerit hua tha. Lekin aapne bahot hi practical perspective bataya hai.
Here is how one should consider explaining it: We understand that some micro markets in cities have gone beyond investible for the regular Joe's of the world and we don't quite like the chaos of the cities as frankly the cities juice the middle class to feed the poor while the rich owns the juicers. Running towards investing in airbnbs in exotic locations is also psychological. On the flip side managing rentals is cities is no walk in the park either, on a scale of difficulty, Airbnbs are definitely higher but city rentals are catching up fast.
AAG Video... AVOID GOA AIRBNB PROPERTIES 1. Investment decisions cannot be taken basis of history only. In 2020-21 that was a great investment. But in 2024, this is a very high risk investment and should be avoided 2. The Airbnb property will be occupied 100 days at max. In April-October, no one is going to Goa 3. For managing the property from a different city, manager will need to be hired. Managers take their own high commissions, lowering your expected returns 4. Local politics: Goa people are fed up with the nuisance of outsiders. The rules may change suddenly for the outsiders by Politicians, as they understand the vibe of the public 5. Lakshadweep/Portblair are emerging as new alternative destinations, more peaceful and cheaper than Goa 6. Biggest issue with Airbnbs: No enjoyment for the wife if she has to cook food as well and wash utensils on vacation 7. A better investment decision would be to buy in the top 7-8 cities of India, where you can get better appreciation and rental yields, with lower risk
Really enjoyed. You are right. goa is much hyped and construction is going totally out of control. Builders are building a hype of a good life away from big cities.
Very apt explanation, no one can beat your pragmatic and realistic approach..!! Please make a video on Bangalore property market scenario in near future.
Sirji, itne videos dekhe hai apke. But aaj pehle baar aap gusse me dikhe ho. We love you Sirji❤ Aap humare golumolu guruji ho, kisi ke Uncle bolne se kuch nae fark padta.. You connect with youngsters like no other influencer.
Goa has gone past its date for beach tourism. All other states of India are catching up or already caught up with beach tourism. India has 7500km of coast line and Goa has smallest coastline of all these coastal states.
We went Goa in May month and it was horrible weather there and we cut short our trip from 7 days to 3 days. Weather information you provided is absolutely correct. Airbnb manager will be a painful experience given the competition with cheap hotels and high wages to manager. Local Politics can change anytime. Your information is very much at ground level and Akshat provided just surface and theoretical model of Airbnb Goa. Good analysis!!
maza aa gaya gurudev🙏🙏🙏....maine kafi pehle akshat ko suna tha ....par clarity nahi mili to aap tak pahuch gaya......." Bhabhiji namste"😂👌 ....bilkul sir...my first thing is family safety....Gurudev aap comedy me bhi lagta hai stand up comedian ke paseene la denge
Your views about AirBnB in Goa and Goa itself Guruji are bang-on. The big boyz in Real Estate from across the country are now in Goa and flats construction dime a dozen. I too advise my friends, who wish to retire in Goa, not to invest immediately. Experience the place for a couple of years on rent and then decide if you are still in love with Goa before buying for settlement. Never for renting out
Thanks a lot sir, the points you have given are well established, there are lot of research Indian customers won’t go airbnb type of things, because Indians are so tired in their life that they need to get pampered in hotels, that’s why budget hotels will work but not airbnb of any type
Sir, the mos practical and candid talk about the sales pitch 😂. So far, I was listening to him frequently and your videos sometimes. After this, it doesn't make any sense to go any further other than you. Awesome explanations along with practical ROI calculations.
Dear Sir, thanks for shedding more light. What is the scope you think exists in Gurugram for short term rentals especially sectors around Dwarka Expressway. As Gurugram is primarily a corporate destination, do you think that DDJAY apartments in areas like Sector 89 hold potential for short term rentals towards later half of 2024. Appreciate your insights in the same 🙏
Nice video! It's interesting how Akshat doesn't talk about crypto, coinbase, Lakshmi NFT anymore while he would make videos on how these were great investments during the crypto boom era.
Absolutely brilliant retort! Agree with your analysis completely Guruji.. following your content since 2 years and I totally agree the clarity with which you approach topics is really unique and spot on.. Kudos!
Sirji maza aaya🔥... First hai aapka aur impressive laga... Doosre bhi dekhunga... Im sure those will be equally good... Logic aur humour dono badiya... Keep it up... 💯
