There are actually 11 different volca units, but more like 9 since 2 of them are reissues. Volca FM 2, Volca Sample 2, and Volca Modular are not in his collection, but it wouldn't make much of a difference if they were. I don't really have much to say about the Volca Modular, but it is definitely pretty unique when it comes to semimodular synthesizers. It sorta uses a West Coast style of synthesis, and it's definitely the most affordable option to get into West Coast synthesis.

@@YlowX7 Ah! Forgot about the Modular. 13 if you count the OKGO Sample reissue (which I have) and the Mix (which hardly counts since it doesn't make music). Still, I can't recall even 8 seeing used at once (though who knows? lol).

Good quality, and not too long sync cables are my best suggest, but I use the included cables that came with the volcas. Also never touch the sync cables while playing. Also bad power adapters could cause glitches, or if you somehow generate static electricity, so do not stand on a wool carpet while performing.
