Best Volca Bass jam I've heard, thanks for posting this (he says 2 years later). I have a Volca Drum and TD-3, adding a VB to that might make a nice combination.
That was absolutely incredible!!!! I was debating about being a volca but after seeing this HELL YES I'M GETTING ONE THAT WAS JUST TOO COOL!! KEEP AT IT YOU'VE GOT TALENT! AND you've got a new sub FO SHO!
sometimes i just use the splitter without a mixer, but this is not recommended. the audio output could be damaged. sometimes the sync signal is also disturbed. I usually use a real mixer.
Hey man, I'm thinking about getting a td3 and a volca for kicks the kick and the rest of drums. Best volca for that? Beats? Sample? Drums? Thanks a lot in advance!
Volca drum could make modern and individual sounds like no other volca. But the sample has 10 tracks/parts instead of 6. If it should be your first drummachine i would prefer the sample. The new sample 2 has usb port and more storage.
i just use an audio-splitter to sum the 2 audio-outputs. This little black thing is very cheap and no name. The same kind of audio-splitter you will find, if you search for "belkin splitter". The mini-jack-cables from the volcas goes in the splitter and from the splitter go another cable to my laptop-audio-input, to record the audio-signal. But this is not recommended. The audio output from the volcas could be damaged, because the signal from one volca go back to the output from the other volca. I use the splitter very rarely and only with low output-level. I usually use a real mixer.
These samples are into the volca, you need no computer. The volca sample can save 4 MByte. You could change all 99 stock-samples or only a few with a Computer. You find whole packs for different kind of music in the internet.
