Fuck the 3rd film it ruined the greatest football trilogy of our time. Literally one more decent movie with a good plot would have made all the difference and I know all the fans agree. No one says it outright but the reason the 3rd movie was shite and such low budget was because the budget for goal 2 was much larger than the first movie. And although the first movie was great it did not do as great in the box office worldwide, it actually got a negative profit. So increasing the budget for the second and hoping it would recover the negative of the first because of the fan base and hype it got actually hurt them more, the second movie went even further negative profit than the first. Well, you can see why in the 3rd movie the producers had a financial incentive to just produce the lowest budget piece of shit all because of money. I get it but still if y’all were already in the bucket might as well just done it right for the fans because as a director and producer your goal should be to satisfy the customers as well as your pockets. But yea that’s my take on why the trilogy went to shit, please comment if you agree or disagree.
