Listening to this recording brings back such intimate memory of being in that room when it was recorded. The years of working with and learning from Lester is THE Biggest Gift of my life. It's as if no time has passed...because it's NOW :-)
The Six Steps 1. You must want Imperturbability more than you want approval, control and security. 2. Decide that you can do the Method and be Imperturbable. 3. See that all your feelings culminate in three wants, the want of approval, the want to control, and the want of security. See that immediately and immediately let go of the want of approval, the want to control and the want of security. 4. Make it constant. Release all your wanting approval, wanting to control and wanting security when alone or with people. 5. If you are stuck, let go of wanting to control the stuckness. 6. Each time you use the Method, you are lighter and happier. If you do this continually, you will continually be lighter and happier.
In my opinion, Lester went further than Buddha. Lester is the greatest master of our times. His method get us to God so effectively that is astonishing.

Vitaiony H. If the only goals in the 6 steps is releasing the wanting of approval, control, and security, why does he stress in this video the need that we “must be a winner”?
i believe the gist of it was that it was about making a conscious effort to bring up our subconscious thoughts and drop them by releasing all of our attachments and aversions. one of the worst things to do is to surpress any desire, as from that moment on it will try to express itself. its not about fulfilling worldly desires, but releasing them and allowing ourselves to have, rather than disquieting our minds with feelings of lack. we need to believe and accept we are an infinite beings. we need to prove to ourselves that we can have, be and do anything we choose. that requires successful effort in the right direction
I M I found his exact words in the release techniques abundance book pg 127 - Lester on goals - "you must get to the place where you master the world because if you're not winning, if you're not a winner, you have anti-programming to being a winner. You must become a winner. You must achieve your goal so that you can bring up the anti-winning, the anti-goal, and rid yourself of it. The aversions to the world are stronger and far more subtle than the attachments. So when you go to be a winner and you go for gold, up comes your aversions and you need to be a winner just to get the garbage up and out." Paraphrasing what cones after: Attachments ae obvious, I want this and I want that. But the things we dont, we don't look at, and rhat develops resistance and suppression. So goals are very important on your way to becoming a winner.
