1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml; g = grams
Ingredients:
200g Semolina [ Rava ]
200g / 2 cups Grated Coconut
300g Sugar
1 cup Water
2 Tbsp. Ghee [ Clarified Butter ]
¼ tsp. Cardamom Powder
Makes: About 650g
Preparation Time: 10 mins + 15 mins to cook + 2 hours for Doce to set
