Ingredients:
Brown rice - 1 cup
Coconut - 1 cup
Sugarcane jaggery - 1/2 cup
Palm jaggery - 1/2 cup
Chana dal - 1 cup
Salt as per taste
Method :
1. soak rice and dal overnight .
2. Grind rice to a thick paste and boil the Chana dal.
3. Prepare stuffing of coconut , jaggery and Chana dal.
4. Take a jackfruit leaf and spread the rice paste on it and fill it with the stuffing.
5. Heat the steamer and place the dumplings .
6. Steam for 20 min.
