Green chilly -2no
Coriander leaves -chopped -1table spoon
Goan coconut vinegar -4tablespoon
Sugar -1tablespoon
Slat to taste
Black pepper crushed -1/2 teaspoon
Olive oil -optional
Method
Making the dressing with vinegar ,salt ,sugar green chilly and black pepper mix well keep it a side for 10mints - cut all the vegetable into julienne as shown in the video .Mix well and enjoy .
