Really..this is our old traditional Salcette (South Goa) grandmama recipe "Excellent keep going" being myself a chef, I give you 5 Stars,I see lots of people adding ginger which gives a total different taste. " Hats of to you...looking forward for more recipes.
South Goa dishes sugar is added...north Goa many don't don't ad sugar,. N I do add a small piece of ginger n not too much garlic .. will try this with sugar n more garlic without ginger

Mam when i grind masala for sorak my curry splits means water and masala gets separated. Why it happens . Can u help me out. I changed the coconut shop. I even changed chatty. I changer the blade of my mixi jar but still the same . I will try as u showed but can u tell me why my curry is not becoming proper
Hi Jacinta, you can use coconut milk from a can, but the taste would differ as the natural extract of coconut milk will give a lovely taste.. and yes I will post the recipe in the description. Thank you for watching :)
