Goat Head and Offal Pepper soup| Isiewu Ngwongwo Pepper Soup, Peppersoup Recipe 

It's been raining for a while in Lagos and it is a good time to put the goat Head and offal to use.
Goat Head
Goat head offal and tripe
Pepper to taste (but it should be hot at least)
Onions
Pepper soup spice (I used Kposa, Uda and Contri Onions, U can use store bought powdered peppersoup spice, not more that one Table spoon for meat this size.)
Ginger and garlic powder (u can use fresh ones about, one tea spoon each)
Enjoy Peppersoup alone or pair with rice, bread , Yam , Plantain or any pairing of choice.
