Another great. We love you videos. Your videos was the main reasons I was able to convince Amy to agree to getting our goats for our homestead . She even purchased your goat binder.
This almost makes me giddy 😆 I'm so glad you got goats!! That's so exciting! Thank you for letting me know! And I hope the binder is always super helpful! 😍
Love this video! What a lovely tribute to these beautiful animals. all need to know that goats are not just meant to be meat! 😔 they're more than that. I had to give my goats up the other day- as they've become a nuisance. I am heartbroken as I am emotionally connected and attached to them.. I miss them so much😭🙏🏽 RIP Shiva & Lulu
Hi, a little question. I have a female goat witch is 2 years old. But she is only about 1/3 of the size of her mom and does not seem to Get any bigger. Do you think that she can have babies anyways.
Is she full size and 2 years old? If so, she is probably ok to breed. I would not use a buck that is a lot bigger than her though. There can be problems if the kids are really big at birth. Good luck!
Delci, when do you recommend starting them on vitamins and minerals? We just purchased our first herd of nigerian dwarfs. We have a couple three month olds and a few 1 month olds. Im not sure when the appropriate time is to introduce baking soda, diamond v yeast, and vitamins and minerals. Let me know if you have any advice. Thanks!
Hello friend. Now I say friend because I feel like you are my friend. . You have helped me so much in getting ready for my goats and taking care of them. we bought two nigeryan dwarfs from a young lady up the road. Lucy and Ethal are soooo much fun. They are 8 months old, not related but best friends! We brought a 3rd (pygmy) goat who is a year and 1/2. She was pregnat but lost the baby two weeks ago. We get a 2 month old as soon as she's weened. I could go on but for now I say THANKYOU!!
