Goblins in WoW are actually the GOOD GUYS 

Blizzard should’ve never alined Goblins with either faction. They were neutral and should’ve stayed that way

Someone never read a quest log. If you had then the following things would have shown up as canonical lore: The zeppelins aren't provided for free by the goblins but by the horde. The horde government pays the goblins very well for it. The neutral auction house is basically part of the Steamwheedle smuggling operations. The Steamwheelde goblins are smugglers and pirates and especially on the latter they don't tolerate competition. Hence the quests to kill the Bloodsails. They also don't provide security in the neutral settlements out of a sense of justice but because the alliance and horde are in a very violent war that has leveled several cities. The Steamwheedle goblins being neutral (they care about money and not about any ideology), they tolerate both as long as they leave their war outside. It's simple self preservation. If it's up to the goblins, the war between the horde and alliance would get even worse so they can sell both sides more weapons. Goblins in general are so greedy that they will happily sell out their own blood relatives if there is a profit in it. They happily provide the head of a blood relative to those who pay for it. Money is everything to goblins. Explosions come second, after that it's image, and only after that come all other things in the universe... like family. The horde doesn't go into Gnomeregan to help the gnomes. Nor do the goblins provide the teleportation into Gnomeregan to aid the gnomes. They do it to steal gnome engineering secrets they could never get at if Gnomeregan wasn't overrun by troggs in an attempt to get ahead of the gnomes. They are using the chaos in Gnomeregan to infiltrate and basically kick the gnomes while they are down. Goblins absolutely use animals in the same way everyone else does. They only prefer mechanical personal transport because they love mechanical stuff in general but here again their greed doesn't let them use mechanical contraptions to carry large loads as their creations have a tendency to blow up and they don't want to lose profit. So they use kodo's for hauling stuff and speeders for themselves (and the occasional selling robot in an attempt to sell more then they could alone without having to worry about goblin employees robbing them blind). They absolutely care nothing for animals and plants in any other sense then on how they may be exploited. Even goblin shamans aren't shamans because they love the elements and balance but because they want to exploit them.

They don’t charge us but they have a deal with the factions. Free transport to mainly areas they are setup in. Which brings you to spend money their. They fight the player when they are aggressive mainly because they are neutral but that’s not “free” they do it for them self not the other people. It’s also said in the game that they have contracts and treaties

Been playing Turtle WoW recently and they've added Durotar Labor Union faction to Horde as an off-shoot from Venture Co. where some goblin workers basically rebelled against Venture Co. because of the harsh labor conditions they had to endure. Goblins as a whole aren't good or bad, some companies are more evil than others (Like Venture Co.). What they are though is like a Ferengi race from Star Trek, they love profits (they even added 'easter eggs' in some NPC names in Durotar Labor Union).

I’m honestly kind of surprised they didn’t make the goblin race neutral like pandas and dragons

This can actually bring out some curious discussion into light. Lorewise goblins are kinda meh to be honest, but they did do some good things over the years thats for sure.

Doty you have a good argument but I'm going to go against that argument. Even though horde have their good side. Guess the goblins are greedy and that's what makes them evil. Even if the goblins are doing a free to go in and make money off of it somehow someway. If your city is safe for you to enter then more people show up. Another thing about them is they are high technology but they don't care about the environment around them they don't care about nature. And if there is such a thing goblins are less evil than the rest of the horde
