If you look at auction house lists, if your name starts with A your name will be first in the list, its so obvious but most people dont see it. This alone can make you sell or not, when you get exalted with timbetwolf you can loot the chests in Ashara without killing the mobs, and easier finding mine and herb nods as they are mostly in the same spots.
The Cloth to Bandages trick does not work in the Classic and SoD servers, they modified the vendor values and you now lose money by vendoring the bandages compared to selling the cloth except for the very top end.

I’ve played since 2008 and cata was the only time I stopped playing for 3 months . Cata sucks. I didn’t even stop with shadowlands if that says anything.
